Thomas Quisenberry, Vice President

Mr. Quisenberry has thirty-two years’ experience in law enforcement and emergency response and preparedness consulting. He is a retired Undersheriff of Oakland County, Michigan, one of the United States’ largest Sheriff’s Offices, he has experience at all levels of emergency preparedness. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University holds a Master’s of Art from Oakland University and is a Graduate of the prestigious, Federal Bureau of Investigation, National Academy (FBI-NA). Since 2004 Mr. Quisenberry has served as a consultant with local governments and municipalities in the area of public safety solutions, management options for law enforcement services, and budget overviews.

He, with Stephen M. Potter, founded Patriot Services Corporation from November of 2003 to March of 2004.
